where parents, grandparents or caregivers can stay and play with children 0-6 years old. Early Learning Centres are equipped just like the best childcare centres but while the children play and make friends, you can meet other parents/caregivers with young children.

our Family Outreach program brings toys and other resources the best of the early learning centres to small communities around the City of Kawartha Lakes & Haliburton County where we set up half-day Early Learning Centres.
